Here are a few things that you might be interested to know when deciding on purchasing this product: - You need a wired XBOX 360 controller to "start up" this converter. This wired XBOX 360 controller becomes unusable as a second/third/fourth player on your console as long as the XCM Converter is plugged in with a PS3/2/Original XBOX controller connected to it. I've always owned PlayStation products and I'm very used to the controllers... however, all of my friends own XBOX 360s and the only way to play online with them is to use an XBOX 360 (obviously). This is where the trouble began. I just didn't like the 360 controller at all. It's big, the analog sticks are tight and the indents in the sticks hurt my thumbs (I like the smooth surface of the PS3 sticks).
This is the only product on the market that allows you to use a PS3 controller on the XBOX 360 and it's perfect. That being said... I have one complaint about this device. I was very used to using L1 and R1, but now I have to use whatever the XBOX game uses. I've since gotten used to using the bottom triggers, but it would've been a nice feature to have on this device. There are actually...Read more |
