Product Description
Originally the normal Xbox controller for all territories except Japan, this has since been quietly discontinued and replaced in Xbox packs by the Controller S. The black and white buttons are located above the ABXY buttons, and the Back/Start buttons are located between and below the d-pad and right thumbstick. Also, the standard face buttons (ABXY) were oriented in an oblong parallelogram.

Comment: Controller showed up in perfect shape. First shipment was lost in the mail, so seller was VERY nice and sent me a free came to compensate for the troubles. Good transaction for me, since I am patient and was in no rush.

Comment: If you can find a more sleek design get it...this is the original controller for the Xbox original...I bought it to replace one that was broke...this one is huuge though and not comfortable to the hand. They have smaller ones and I would recommend them instead this one is just a clunker.

Comment: This is the original controller that comes with the original MicroSoft XBox console. It is a high-quality piece and has not failed me. But it is a bit too big, even for my clownish large American hands, and the black and white buttons are not placed very well. The S-controller is better. But still this is a good controller.

Comment: This 'Xbox L' controller,or as its better known 'The Duke' is the perfect controller if you have large sized hands,I myself have medium sized hands and I feel that the Duke doesn't feel comfortable in my hands (it doesn't set right,if you know what I mean?) And my hands feel really stressed as well (esp. my right hand)
I spent a fair amount of money on the controller ($20) But it will make a good 2nd player controller :P
Overall I'd have to recommend the 'S' controller as its geared more towards smaller-medium sized hands.
