While this product is indeed the power supply for the Xbox 360 slim, it is most definitely NOT the dual voltage that people are thinking about. Just received my package and upon inspection I realized that this is the same A/C adapter that the Xbox 360 comes with, Max of 110v. If you are looking for a replacement, this item will definitely work. If you are looking for a replacement for one that you blew up in a 220-240v plug, THIS IS NOT THE ITEM YOU WANT!

I bought this AC adapter for xbox 360 slim in early September from a non-Amazon vendor. It lasted almost exactly 60 days before it began shutting down after a couple of seconds. I actually sent my xbox in for repair because I thought the xbox was the problem - but wrong. It was this poorly manufactured adapter as validated by checking with a different power supply.
Disassembling the adapter, I can see the thermal design is terrible, and the solder quality also terrible. It appears one of the fan wires broke and this caused the unit to go into thermal fault... but there was no change in the LED behavior except for repeated rapid shutdown so it was hard to diagnose.
Since the warranty is only 30 days I was out of luck and out of my $40. Don't buy this adapter!

this caost me less than six dollars with shipping. It works great with the Xbox 360S w/ Kinect. the only downside is it is the fan in it is a little loud.
