Summary: xbox 360 replacement ac pwr adapter 2008-10-01
Comment: I am very dissapointed with this product. I did my research before buying this product, and I was displeased with the results. The ad for the product stated that the pwr supply was 220V AC, which I need to playing my Xbox 360 overseas. However, when I got my merchandise, it was a regular 110 V AC pwr supply, not the 220V as stated in the merchandise ad; this is useless outside of the U.S. When I went online to research return options, I discovered that anything outside of the first week constitues a 15% re-stocking fee! Why should I pay a fees for the re-stocking of the wrong product?? I suggest that Amazon hold merchants accountable for their advertising of products. If product X is advertised to have a certain capability, then product X should arrive at a consumer's home exactly as stated...

Comment: Excellent product works great.
The only problem was, we had to make a modification to the plug before it would plug into the back of the X-box. There was a piece of plastic that we had to break out to get it insert into the slot. It was a quick fix, just would have been nice to know about it. Other than that it's an excellent product.
