Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rapid Charge Induction Station for Xbox 360 (Accessory) We've had this charging system for about a year. It worked well for the first six months, but now it's unpredictable. Sometimes, the controller will be in the proper charging position, the light will be blue, and the battery will not be charged. Sometimes, the light will stay red, but the controller will be fine. I think one of the batteries is dying or dead at this point. I expected more from this item, so I can't recommend it. = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rapid Charge Induction Station for Xbox 360 (Accessory) This is an absolutely great addition to my Xbox 360 console. Batteries have not yet developed a "memory", they seem to charge fully every time. Gives me 3-6 hours of play time per charge, and having the extra battery lets you continue the cycle so you never have to use traditional batteries. You cannot buy replacement batteries from the company. If I ever need to replace the batteries, I will definately buy the whole setup again. Great price, great quality, and good customer service! Rating: A. = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rapid Charge Induction Station for Xbox 360 (Accessory) Where to begin... First of all the battery feels like a cheap toy which isn't that bad because it provides a lighter weight on the controller. The downsides are that if you don't charge the battery all the way and if it is prematurely taken off of the charger--or bumped into to--it will not charge any further. While using the battery it will not tell you how much battery life is left which is really annoying because you always have to play the guessing game and keep the spare ready just in case. Half the time I put a DEAD battery on the charger it will tell me that the battery is full and does not need a charge. I would not recommend this induction charger to anybody. It might be worth it to just buy a slightly higher priced one. |
