The product works but several things have become a nuisance to me about it. For one the cord is way too short, I can not even sit on my couch across the room from my TV with it plugged in like I could do with the old one I had from Microsoft. The other problem I have with this product is that it does not stay attached to the controller like my old one did. The design is weak and there nothing attaching it to the controller so with the slightest turn of my chair it becomes unattached. Also even when it seems to be plugged into my controller it does not charge my battery pack until I firmly press it together with my controller but again with the slightest turn of my chair or a reach for my drink and it comes undone. I would not recommend this product. I tried saving some money by buying this one instead of the official one and I regret it every time I use my X Box. Save yourself the hassle, spend the extra money to buy the official one and save yourself the headache of dealing with this...Read more
