This review is from: Xbox 360 Limited Edition Red Wireless Controller and Play & Charge Kit (Video Game) I've been waiting patiently for this controller for 2 years now. Why do you ask? Because being that this is a limited edition red x360 controller everywhere I looked this bad boy was extremely expensive. Finally after 2 years of waiting lol, Amazon pretty much is a have a 50% off the original price and I grabbed it. This is your standard x360 controller colored on red with a dock charger to connect to your xbox and it also supports batteries. I'm so happy with this deal 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By = Fun: This review is from: Xbox 360 Limited Edition Red Wireless Controller and Play & Charge Kit (Video Game) I purchased one of these and returned it a week later because it kept dropping the wireless connection to the Xbox. Even when the battery was fully charged I would get disconnected mid-game. Now I am on my second one and have had it 6 months and the joystick is starting to wear out. It leans to the left slightly so that when the controller is just sitting there with nobody touching it my game characters will move left on their own. I have never had a joystick wear out on me before (I still have all my N64 controllers in working condition). I have a regular black wireless controller that works fine, so I am not sure if there are differences in manufacturing that make the red ones worse or if I just have bad luck. 21 of 29 people found the following review helpful: By Sy Wolf (Berkeley, CA USA) - See all my reviews = Fun: This review is from: Xbox 360 Limited Edition Red Wireless Controller and Play & Charge Kit (Video Game) This is the same controller with a nice new paint job just in time for Gears of War 2. It also comes with a play and charge kit which is why it is more expensive. |
