I tried this microphone puck on 2 different Turtle Beach Headsets/2 different xbox controllers- and all the other person could here was static. The cable is much shorter than regular and no matter what combo or on/off volume I tried I could not get the thing to work.
I contacted the company for a refund and am now dealing with non-amazon customer service- I wish I had paid a few bucks more and avoided the headache.

this puck talkback cable is less durable then a twig i have gotten 3 in the last 2 months and each 1 brakes b4 a months use.
Pros: it works while you have it/costs little money
Cons: it snaps right at the puck and is very flimsy, this is maybe one of the worst things to spend $10 on (dont get this item)...
there for i would try to get a just normal plugin that would come with turtle beaches,.....
whole point: this wire is really really really really undurable.. Thank you

When my son broke his original we were excited to find a replacement part. Unfortunately the part we purchased was nearly identical but not an exact duplicate. This was likely my fault as the original did not have an on/off switch and this one did. The issue is that the plug does not fit the headphone jack correctly
