This review is from: Xbox 360 HDMI Cable (Accessory) First, the cable that shipped doesn't look like the one in the photo at all. I received a thick black HDMI cable. I connected the cable to the XBOX & to my new TV. The TV didn't receive any signal. I tried removing/reconnecting the cable and turning the XBOX & TV off and on. Still no signal. So, I disconnected the initec cable & connected a generic HDMI cable. The TV immediately received a signal from the XBOX. Maybe I've got a rare defective cable. But, it sure didn't work. I don't know why I assumed a special cable was needed to connect the XBOX via HDMI. It's not. But, that's my own darn fault. My rating for this cable is based on the fact that it didn't work. 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful: = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) While its true the gold will help with corrosion, i dont think the average person is going to have moisture near there cables. |
