XBOX 360 Evolve Chrome Replacement Shell

This product was horrible. I ordered it and my nephew was so happy to finally open it. The color was perfect and loved looking at it. We started unscrewing all the screws and we finally put everything in place, once we were going to screw the case on, the screw holes were too small and were stripped. I have a lot of experience with detaching and reattaching the controller shells on 360 Controllers. Anyway, I put his original black Microsoft shell back on and it went on like a charm. I sent an email stating that I want my money back, and no answer, I am very disappointed and so is my nephew.

After struggling to get this shell to stay together, I discovered that many of the buttons were loose and hard to use. The D-Pad was so loose it didn't even work. I took it apart and tried again three times, but to no avail. So I finally put my old shell back on and have had none of these problems.

I'm not new to disassembling my controllers, consoles, and computers. So after so much time spent trying to get it together was a major letdown. If you want to change the color of your controllers I recommend that you just take it apart and spray paint the shell as its much easier and cheaper. If your shell has been broken its cheaper to just get a new shell then to mess with one of these.

the shell doesnt fit together very well. it also isnt buffed very well, and feels sticky or tacky a little bit. i dont recommend getting this, also because it doesnt come with bumpers, triggers, buttons, or the front plate (where the mic goes) the d pad also jiggles around too much.

I have experience putting controllers together and what-not, but whenever i assemble this controller, it is just the slightest bit too tight around the "innards" of the controller, and because of this, you sacrifice comfortableness.
