I cannot disagree more with the only other review listed. This starter kit has been great for me, especially for the price point we are talking about here. If you just acquired an Xbox 360 for Christmas or you have had one for years and are in need of an all in one accessory pack, this is it. You aren't going to get the sound quality of other headsets that cost over $100, but you are saving all that money, and you get the extra batteries to boot! The comfort of this headset vs the original one that comes with the system is alone worth the money. Also I blow through batteries all the time, and they aren't cheap either, so for me, this pack has worked out nicely. The HDMI and ethernet cable are of average quality, but have worked just fine. The charger is also a useful item to have if you play for hours at a time or have friends play with you. It's always good to have a battery charging as you play! Hope this helps people make a more informed decision, enjoy!

Nice set especially for the price, but headphones stopped working after 4 days use...not good! Was going to return but other parts seem to be okay. I'm not going to say: "don't buy" because over-all with other packaged parts, it's still a good deal.

My son bought this just for the headset and the batteries. First day the headset worked great, then we noticed that the little copper wires right at the part where it connected to the controller started popping out of the rubber lining. Second day the wires there all popped out and it did not work any more. The rechargeable batteries did not stay charges for more then an hour or so, so we could not use them as much. I would not recommend people would buy this. Spend the few extra dollars on the wireless and you will not have this problem.
