The 2 little spring contacts in the controller don't touch the 2 contact points on this battery pack. This pack is designed poorly. I fully charged it and the controller won't power on because the points don't make contact. It's junk, I threw mine away. I bought ordinary rechargeable AA batteries to put in the controller along with the Energizer charging station, and it works great.
