Ordered this to be a Christmas gift. I was so happy to get the box, but when I opened it....it wasn't even the right thing. Something completely different ( a fan for an original xbox). Contacted them and they said they would send me the real thing I ordered, no extra $, and I could keep the fan for free (even though its useless and is still in the package as I'm typing this almost 2 months later).

So I waited and waited and I knew it wasn't coming before Christmas so I had to file a claim and get my money back. First time ordering from this company and I am not impressed by them. They were very polite and that was nice of them, but the actual service is "iffy".

So far, so solid. Had it about a month now, and it works as described. I am dinging it a star for slow, SLOW charging, but it's still a solid pick up.

I'm new 2 da hard core gaming world so I feel dumb when I say that I really didn't know this produt exsisted at first. now that I have it it is awesome and saves batteries. I love it!
