Product came quickly and was as stated. It works great the only thing bad is the speaker isnt that loud and I bought it so I wouldnt have to use earpieces.

As far as looks go, this might not be the best looking headset but functionality and commonsense engineering make these some of the best chat headsets I've owned to date...

The flatwire tech is a great innovation and I would love to see these implemented into alot more headsets. The only beef I have with this set is the oversized earbuds, I wish the buds were "in-ear" and interchangeable. Other than that though, the sound quality is great and I love the "hold to mute" button, ingenious. I would recommend these to anybody looking for a good chat headset...

BTW these things have a built in speaker mode that can be operated by the simple flip of a switch(no batteries necessary), I tried it but with all the ambient noises from the games I'm playing make it hard for you to really hear what anyone is saying.

The product shipped as described, which was great seeing as how many products tend to not arrive even close to the expected date, especially when dealing with electronics. The product itself, that's a whole other story. It's a neat little device, which probably came from a great idea, but it seems no one would have thought that if you manufacture a product with the microphone extremely close to one of the speakers, it won't produce any feedback. Which this product did. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term feedback, just think of it as a loud and obnoxious base ring that the device emits. When using this product on Xbox Live, expect your friends and fellow gaming teammates to become very angry with the noise. Do not bother muting the microphone, the noise will still emit. I would have rated this product a 2 out of 5 stars, but the shipping turned out to be very reliable.
