I did what the first reviewer suggested and purchased the game, used the code to download the songs to RockBand 2 and then sold the disc to someone else for a few bucks.
If you are going to do this, great, but if you think this might be a little morally wrong, just consider your alternative: Each of these songs sell on the market place for 160 points (approximately $[...]), and since there are 20 songs this would cost $40 to buy the separately. This track pack is really good for the price, but I only recommend buying it if you like at least half of the songs. For the price you can pay online per song, you should like at least 10 to 12 of these songs and consider the rest as a bonus. They are exportable to Rock Band 1 and 2 by downloading the songs with a code given on the back of the manual. Overall it is a good deal, but only if you have a taste for most of these songs.
