However after about 3wks of drumming I noticed the Cymbals where not responding well until they eventually stopped working all together. It was fun while it lasted but not worth the price for the quality of the product. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: = Fun: This review is from: Rock Band 2 Single Cymbal Expansion Kit (Accessory) Let's face it, the double cymbal set is the one you're most likely to find in a store (say, Gamesmop or Fest Fry). But once you have that, you realize how much you need 3 cymbals. Well, if you manage to find the single set anywhere, you're in luck - it comes with the same mounting tools as the triple, so you can upgrade the double set very easily with this one.
I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because really, what you want is the triple set. But since that's pretty impossible to find, getting the double and then this is a good way to fake it. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rock Band 2 Single Cymbal Expansion Kit (Accessory) My son and I enjoy playing the drums more with the expansion pack. We purchased both the two-pack and the single cymbal pack. But we've had some issues which limit our enjoyment of them--especially for the cost.

They give you BLUE, GREEN, and YELLOW which is perfect for the RIGHT handed player. NOTE ON CONSTRUCTION: We've now broken two cymbals. The plastic pin assembly just below the cymbal is a weak point and with some energetic playing, easily crack and break. I managed to repair them by installing a hose clamp over the pin assembly. Also, the clamps that grab the drum set itself don't lock tightly enough so the cymbals slip down while playing. I repaired this by wrapping tape around the shaft of the cymbal mount to widen it so the clamps can grab better. In...Read more |
