Battery Pack & Charger Cable for Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers

I ordered three of these to replace the rechargeable ones I had. They came in fine in a generic package with just the battery and recharge cable, which is fine by me. My complaint stems from lack of info. When charging the batteries get pretty warm as usual when recharging, but there is no info on how long to charge them for and if there is (which I don't think) a circuit to protect them from overcharging. I would have been better off just getting rechargeable batteries from the drug store just from the sake of peace of mind, and knowing I won't burn down my house because I forgot I left these on the charger. Once again, I may be speaking out of ignorance, but a little instruction might have been nice.

EDIT: After using these for a while, I'm actually forced to revise my opinion of these. I can leave them plugged in over night, and they usually only give me a couple of hours play time. For the price...well you get what you pay for and since there cheap, I shouldn't complain...Read more

I ordered this Bat pack and charger based on the price and the reveiw. It might be great but I wouldnt know. I never got it. They sent me an xbox 360 remote control instead. I sent them an email stating my problem. I got a form email back quickly saying I needed to send a picture of the packaging and of the problem (If they had read my email they would have known my problem). I didnt hear back from them till yesterday. Amazon sent me a "give feedback on Amazon Marketplace Seller" email. I gave my feedback and I immediately got the same form email back again telling me I had to send a pic of the packaging and problem with the products. Never use this seller (CE Compass). You wont get what you ordered and you will get the run around when you have a problem.
