React Gamer Kit Starter Pack for XBOX 360

Everything works fine except the cooling fan. The cooling fan plugs into the power on the back of the xbox. Then the power cord plugs into the fan. One day i smelled something funny. The next day my friend wanted me to bring my xbox over to his house. I first go down to pack it up, i turn it on and five seconds later it turns off, i think oh there must be a problem with the power cord. I go to take the cooling fans off and i discover that the the section where the cooling fans plug into the xbox had melted, infusing it to the xbox. I tried for 4 and a half hours to get the hardened plastic out of the power port. Low and behold it ruined my xbox and it wasnt covered by warranty. Now i have to figure out to dish out another 200 dollars to get an new xbox. I am thoroughly dissapoint and even more angry that a product i bought to protect my xbox from overheating has broken the very thing its supposed to stop.

The XBox 360 I own, is the "White Arcade". All of the package contents were not compatible with my system, BUT, the other useable items would have cost waayy more if I had to buy them separately from a retailer. I save close to $100.00 on this purchase. In the end....Good Deal!

React's Gamer Kit Starter Pack has some nice features for your XBOX. A modified A/V cable that allows you to use an HDMI cable AND allows the user to separately route the game's Audio through an RCA/Component cable to a common surround sound system other than their TV.

There is however a MAJOR PROBLEM;

The power plug input on the fan unit does not match the XBOX's power plug!

The female power input on the fan has molded plastic that is different than the power input on the XBOX so the cable will NOT plug into the fan without some disassembling and modifications that are Risky at best and not something I would recommend to anyone.

You should also be aware that the very small plastic snaps that fix the fan in-place on the back of the XBOX have been reported by one purchaser to have melted onto the XBOX's case.
