RCA Audio Cable Adapter for XBOX 360 + Slim

I needed this little adapter for the optical out. Now I can get digital 5.1 and still use my hdmi for video output. There are two minor annoyances, but not enough for me to knock off a star. I had to jiggle my optical cord from the output side of the adapter because it wasn't producing any sound. It only took a second to fix and it stays in place so its not an issue. The second annoyance is that the adapter head connecting to the xbox side MIGHT still be big enough to be pushing up against some hdmi cords. It still works as it should with both hdmi and adapter pushing against each other, but some people may be annoyed that there isn't any space between them. I have 2 hdmi heads of different sizes, so I just plugged in the smaller one. So now I have some space between the two connectors when plugged in. I also haven't tried the analog left/right connections, so I can't comment on that.

Great product! Got it for $2, hard to go wrong. Recieved it in the mail, opened up package, plugged into 360, plugged in optical audio, turned on 360, and ... sound glorious sound came through my theatre speakers! amazing! It did what the description said it would. Nice and easy!

I needed this adapter for my Xbox 360 slim in order for me to use my Turtle Beach X11 headset. This adapter fit perfectly with my HDMI cable cable and works like a charm. I received the item from the seller in a timely manner. Very pleased with this purchase.
