Xbox 360 OEM Genuine 150W AC Adapter

This brick is made by Microsoft and works great. The problem that the other reviewer had is not due to the product but because they did not do proper research. Xbox 360s made before the slim model may all look the same but Microsoft has made improvements on them over the years. One of the improvements they made is that they gradually were manufactured to operate on less electricity. The oldest 360 consoles used 203 watt power supplies, the next generation used 175 watt power supplies, and the latest generation uses 150 watt power supplies. The power brick is made for the newest consoles, sometimes called "Jasper: models, that use 150W supplies. If you tried hooking this up to an older 360 console the plug would not fit.

I learned by doing a little research that you have to be sure you know which version of the 360 you have. The adapters have different wattage for different versions. I found this one that worked great for our machine.
