After owning this for about a month and a half, the ps3 ports stopped working. The controllers were no longer being charged and the lights stopped working. The xbox ports are still functional however, (as of now, 3 months in). At this point it's a charger for my xbox controllers and a display stand for the ps3 controllers. I contacted the manufacturer but they have yet to get back to me. Update: The day after I wrote this review the company contacted me regarding the product. They were very professional, courteous and promptly replied to my emails. They shipped out a new product to me within a few days. This one is working as it should at me moment. I give this product 5 stars because of its functionality and the company provided a level of customer service that seemed to be lost in today's market. I checked to see if I could return it for a fully operational replacement however the return window closed just the day before. So I have three working charge ports, which will have to suffice, but I am really disappointed as I LIKED this product a lot and had recommended it to several friends who also purchased the pyramid charger. I expected better durability especially considering the cost. But as careful as I was inserting the controllers, I am stuck with a now less than desirable product.
