Quality of heafset itself is ok. CHeap plastic yet it covers ears completely and pretty noise proof.
the sound of conversation is really really good. Load and clear. So far. Best i ever had. Much better that xbox stock one.
For the price it is the best headset you can get for xbox 360. And again this headset is only for talking. Don't expect sound from them. Talking only !!!

Comment: I bought this hoping that I could get game sound through the headphones but all it is capable of doing is voice and at the same time blocking out any game sound from the TV speakers. But if that's what you want it has pretty good sound and volume.
