The title says it.
Reasons:
#1. It is the most uncomfortable and painful thing I have ever put on my head.
#2. The voice quality is terrible.
#3. When I am not talking, it says I am because of HUGE amounts of feedback and noise.
#4. When the mic is muted, it says I am talking.
#5. It took about 2 weeks for it to arrive.
DO NOT BUY THIS. PAY THE 5 OR 10 MORE DOLLARS FOR THE MICROSOFT ONE, OR EVEN BETTER $60 TURTLE BEACHES. DO NOT BUY THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
P.S. I have had these for 1 day and I am ready to throw them against the wall. :P.
