Ear Force XLC Stereo Headset with Mic

Comment: These are pretty good headphones, def not anything compared to a good surround sound set but for the price i'd say they're worth it. After being on for a while they do kind of make your ears sweat but no big deal.

Comment: This product is great for gaming like gears of war 2, because you can hear footsteps!, high quality audio and also it has good comfort for the ears, the con is that sometimes my friends claim that my Mic is buzzing and they cannot hear me well, and i dont know about you but i play games for very long periods of time, about 8 hours and the ear buds are soft but they do push against your ears after 2 hours you'll feel the effect of pain. Overall this Mic is more than enough for what you're paying for it and for just about the same price the Microsoft mics are this mic is Better

Comment: These headphones are supposed to allow the user to chat on live and hear the gameplay at the same time. As headphones hearing the gameplay they are great but it is impossible to chat with friends when wearing the headset because voices cannot be heard over the game sound effects. So for live they don't work but for single play they are okay. Do not buy these to use for an xbox live headset...you will be disappointed.

Comment: This was the third headset I purchased. I was a little skeptical about purchasing another cheap mic/headset but this one seems to be the best one out there for under $30. The sound is great for a passive headset. As well there are no batteries needed. That was a plus for me. Overall a great headset.

Comment: Well I have found, after about a month or two of use, that the chat is in the middle of loud and quiet. But i really found it easy to hear footsteps (Modern Warfare 2 user). I also noticed that if you dont use them on high your tv gets a bit funky. Great product though well worth buying.
