Summary: A Mediocre College Hoops Debut 2007-01-14
Comment: 2K6 is a beating, especially when playing in Legacy mode; have fun missing layups and easy shots! Graphics are decent, but nothing to rave about - the 360 deserves better.

Summary: A great game 2006-07-27
Comment: Let me tell you I love this game...I bought an XBOX 360 for NCAA College Football 2007..after playing that for a few days I realized it was horrible, I brought it back to the store and exchanged it for this game....I have not been dissappointed...There are a variety of game modes...Ive been playing in the Open Legacy mode quite a bit.....The game play is awesome! The fact that you can start recruiting kids from Freshmen in high school is AMAZING! and the NCAA Tourny Preview show is pretty cool as well...All in all, for the price, I highly suggest this game!

Summary: Nice 2006-04-25
Comment: Overall I say this game is a step ahead of NBA 2K6. The reason I made this statement is because it's a little harder to get those freestyle dunks and hit those well defended shots. The controls are the same as on NBA 2K6 which is a good thing. PEACE

Summary: Better than you have previously thought 2006-04-16
Comment: First off, I am telling you the graphics in this game are GOOD. Ive heard numerous reviews on how these graphics are not up to par for a 360 game. No. The courts, baskets, stadiums, and fans are extremly well designed. Its like watching a game on tv, even every fan has something different on.
The controls are simple to get used to, its not a game that you will get frustated with control-wise. The gameplay itself is very crisp, never a lagging moment or disconfigured audio bit.
x to shoot
y to jump and block
right stick to juke and steal
left stick for movement
those are your basics.
The feature that you will love if you mainly watch college basketball during the tournament (like myself) you can create your own brackets each with your customized matchups and regiouns. There is a legacy mode where you can build up your coach and gameplay skills as you try to enter a dominant school franchise, or turn a unpopular school into a dominant scoring machine.
The only reason I gave this a four is becuase usually teams like duke and uconn can rack up points from odd angles and beyond the arch while a bad team cant shoot worth a crap unless your wide open or doing a layup. There are many other exicting features you can discover with this game that creates even better gamplay than I have explained. This is a must rent if not buy.
