Just wanted to post my experience with this particular product. Everything came fast, and all parts that were in the photo, were in the box. No complaints there. But, when I turned on my Xbox360 slim using this AC power adapter, I was shocked at how loud this puppy is. I can hear it loud and clear from across my great room, which is about 25 feet long. It works fine, the product is functioning as it should, but if I had to buy another one, I would probably try to contact Microsoft and get a factory unit.

This product is your standard xbox360 slim adapater. Im currently deployed in Afghanistan right now and had to reorder another 110-120v xbox360 slim adapter after mine blew up when I plugged it into a 220v electrical outlet. I totally learned my lesson and also bought a 220v to 110v power transformer.

The xbox360 adapter that I ordered from Video Closeout (via amazon) looks exactly like the factory version that came with my console.

Im also giving kudos to Video Closeout; I actually ordered 2 adapters (just in case I ran into the same problem with stupidity) and they only sent me one. I contacted them right away with the issue and they were very friendly and sent me the 2nd one right away. Thanks guys!

Beware when buying this power supply. It may be affordable, but that often comes with a price. In this case that price is noise. This power supply gives off A LOT of it. It must have an internal fan or something because it is louder than my Xbox console. If you can get passed that annoyance than it's a fine product, but I personally can not. 1 star and next day return.
