The hard drive I received did not work however I was able to return it and received my money back very quickly. I decided not to purchase another one so I don't really know much about the product if it was working.

It's a harddrive, it does what it's suposed to do. I've had my xbox for about 4 years now and I hardly ever played it since I used to game on my PC (WoW). But when my pc crashed I needed my fix. I couldn't play newer games on my xbox without updates which required a harddrive. After about 20 minutes of searching this was the cheapest solution to my problem so I bought it.......
